Job from partnerAs a Building Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of London's residents by identifying and addressing potential fire safety hazards in high and medium-rise residential buildings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a risk-based inspection programme, reviewing data on external wall systems, and engaging with building proprietors to identify and address cladding and fire safety deficiencies.Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with building proprietors, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Familiarity with building safety regulations, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation techniques

- Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication
- Degree in a relevant field such as Building Services Engineering, Fire Safety, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building safety, fire safety, or a related field

- Certifications in fire safety or building safety (e.g. Fire Safety Manager, Building Safety Manager)
