Hi, my name is Pat Smith, and I have been in the building industry for many years, servicing the local community in and around Bromley, but I also happily travel further afield. Plastering is a skill that needs to be mastered and understood, and I have a real passion for it, and am able to offer the customer money and time saving alternatives with the special materials that I use, namely the fibre glass stop crack tape.
Although I have found over the recent years that a lot of my clients are also in need of a good, reliable, trustworthy builder, so I therefore offer a professional building service as well, and am able to tap into a wealth of professional industry contacts.
This is family business, and it would not be able to operate as smoothly and as efficiently as it does without the help of my fantastic wife, running the back office. We pride ourselves on honesty, reliability, quality and value for money. We are aware of the customers needs and concerns and we are always on hand to offer advice and help.
It is important to us to reassure the customer and to make sure that the project goes smoothly and that everyone is happy and satisfied with the end result - half of our business is from referrals!
I have given my time in the past to help a family in need through the BBC DIY SOS Big Build programme.
