Gaia Newton Associates (GNA) was founded in the 1980s as The LJS Partnership, originally specialising in canteen and site setup services. It quickly evolved into a dedicated labour hire agency.
Over time, the partnership shifted, ultimately leaving one of the original directors at the helm. In 2015, with the arrival of new senior management, the company was rebranded as Gaia Newton Associates Limited.
This marked the beginning of a new chapter, as GNA expanded its horizons, exploring new sectors, international markets, and additional services. The infusion of fresh talent and innovative ideas has propelled GNA to become the trusted partner in construction recruitment it is today.
